2. Propose a program to find the value 'v' such as 'v*v=2.0'

• Try v=1.0 then v=v+epsilon with epsilon =0.1, then 0.01, etc.
• Use bissection method
• Use fixpoint method with the following function:

$$ f(x)=\frac{1}{2} (x+{2 \over x}) $$
